Team members of the NIdEA project participated in the EARA conference (European Association for Research on Adolescence) held in Cyprus from September 25-28, 2024, presenting two papers.
Natalija Ignjatović presented “Ethnic Identity Development of Serbian Adolescents: The Role of Ethnic Majority/Minority Status, Age, and Gender,” exploring the factors that influence ethnic identity formation in youth.
Jovan Radosavljević presented “Ethnic Discrimination Among Adolescents in Serbia: Narratives About Positive Conflict Resolution,” highlighting how young people navigate and resolve interethnic conflicts.
