Members of the NIdEA Project Team, Natalija Ignjatović and Hana Sejfović, presented their papers at the XIX International Conference – Days of Applied Psychology in Niš, which took place on September 29th and 30th, 2023.
Natalija Ignjatović presented a paper titled “School Climate and Wellbeing in Secondary School Students in Serbia – The Role of School Ethnic Structure.”
Hana Sejfović presented a paper titled “Teacher’s Wellbeing and Intercultural Competencies – The Role of School Ethnic Diversity.”
These papers were the result of research conducted within the NIdEA project, supported by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia under the IDENTITIES program (#1518).
