The first year of the NIdEA project, funded by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia within the IDENTITIES program, has been successfully completed! During this dynamic and fulfilling year, collaboration was established with 20 high schools from various regions in Serbia. In the first research phase, data were collected from 1846 students, 409 teachers, and 617 parents. During the second research phase, narratives were collected from 380 students. Participation was achieved in 6 conferences, and papers were accepted at three more. Two scientific articles are in press, in two different journals. Team members participated in two panel discussions and had one television appearance. Collaboration was established with school psychologists from different schools, who were supported in organizing activities to promote multiculturalism with students.
