At the 30th Conference on Empirical Studies in Psychology, the Projekat NIdEA team presented five studies as part of the symposium on “Multicultural Values and Practices in Schools.” During the conference, we engaged in discussions and knowledge exchange with colleagues from Hungary and Russia. Through these exchanges, we identified common challenges related to inclusive and multicultural education.

The collection includes seven theoretical articles that offer contemporary insights into the processes of ethnic identity development, intercultural education, and the social integration of youth in modern society.
